What is the difference between a wire decoiler and a wire uncoiler?+
The terms are used interchangeably: both feed wire, cable or strip off a spool or coil. Our machine works as a mechanical wire decoiler (a rotating platform driven by the pull of the material) and as an electrical wire uncoiler (a powered version with sensors and variable speed control for high-speed, low-tension feeding).
Can this machine be used as a cable decoiler?+
Yes. The wire decoiler handles wire, cable and metal strip, making it suitable as a heavy-duty cable decoiler for wire spools up to 100 kg and 800 mm outer diameter.
What is the maximum spool capacity of the wire decoiler?+
100 kg weight and 800 mm outer diameter for wire. For metal strip: inner diameter 250-500 mm, outer diameter up to 1200 mm, weight up to 1000 kg.
